If you are interested in seeing what Shari's Happily Ever After has to
offer for your special day the first thing to do is stop in or give us a call
to set up your initial consultation.

Initial Consultation

This is a free consultation where we will go over the basic floral
requirements for your wedding and reception. We will get an idea of
what type and style of flowers you are thinking about, the size and
location of your wedding and reception, and any other relevant
information you can provide. You will, in turn, learn what we can do to
turn your ideas into reality and possibly give you some new or different
ideas that you might not have thought of. We will discuss costs and
budgets and the terms of our contract. You will be given a copy of
everything discussed complete with approximate costs.

Contracts and Deposit

If you decide that you would like Shari's Happily Ever After to provide
services for your wedding, we require you to pay a $100.00
non-refundable deposit. This will hold the date and time of your
wedding and will be applied to your final balance.

You will now schedule one or two more meetings to work out your
plans in detail and possibly view some samples. When you are 100%
satisfied in the services and products we will be providing, you can
now relax as far as your wedding flowers go.

We will then mail you a copy of your final invoice, which is due in full
two weeks prior to your wedding date. This is to allow us ample time to
order any special flowers required and to make sure everything arrives
in good time.

After your initial consultation you will receive a copy of our contract
conditions. A few more will be attached to your final invoice.
